Lead Program Manager - FedRAMP

As Lead Program Manager – FedRAMP, you will take ownership of critical federal security and compliance initiatives, ensuring that cloud-based technology platforms meet rigorous government regulatory requirements. You will lead the end-to-end FedRAMP program, with a particular focus on High-impact security standards and Department of Defense IL4 requirements. Working at the intersection of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, and software engineering, you will collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain compliance and strengthen security practices.

You will oversee assessments, continuous monitoring, security documentation, and remediation activities while serving as a key point of contact for external assessors and federal stakeholders. This senior individual contributor role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence security strategy within a mission-driven technology environment. Your work will directly support the delivery of secure, reliable solutions to government agencies and public safety organizations.
