Artheon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Estimator to join our Program and Construction Management (PMCM) team in New York City. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in civil construction, who are ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects throughout the NY/NJ area.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and leading the development of detailed and conceptual construction estimates for transformational public sector projects.
