Global Compensation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across international markets. In this role, you will help develop competitive, equitable, and compliant pay structures that align with business objectives and local market conditions. You will oversee key compensation activities, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, allowances, and job architecture.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance on compensation decisions and promote consistency in global practices. You will also contribute to total rewards strategy, compensation reporting, and HR system improvements.
