Coach and enable teams
Contribute actively to peer coaching, knowledge sharing and team enablement, and support the growth of colleagues by spreading expertise, mentoring on the job and strengthening data governance capabilities across the team. What do you bring to the table? We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a consulting mindset and a passion for well-managed data.
You bring

Balanced technical & advisory profile

Scalable delivery
Proven interest or expertise in scaling governance delivery through reusable templates, accelerators, best practices and automation where relevant.
Business understanding
Ability to translate business needs and governance principles into practical, value-driven and adoptable solutions.
Communication & leadership
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with, and influence, both business and technical stakeholders up to senior level.
Consulting skills
Strong problem-solving, project management and change management capabilities.
Consulting exposure
Comfortable operating as a governance expert across several projects and clients in parallel, adapting quickly to different business contexts while maintaining quality and consistency. Motivation: A strong desire to help grow a data governance practice and actively contribute to its development.
