GTM Process & Automation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Process & Automation Manager based in the United States.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming and optimizing the North American go-to-market (GTM) and sales operations through smarter processes, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Systems teams to identify inefficiencies and improve the entire sales journey. From designing workflows to implementing intelligent automations, you will help sales teams reduce administrative work and focus more on revenue-generating activities.

You will have hands-on ownership of solutions built with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Claude, and n8n. As an individual contributor, you will combine strategic thinking, technical execution, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable business results.
