Are you an experienced Learning and Development leader passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping organizational growth through continuous learning? This is an exciting opportunity to establish and lead a global learning function within a rapidly expanding international digital finance and technology environment. You will design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy covering leadership development, employee onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement.

Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, you will ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform at their best. You will also modernize learning experiences through digital platforms, AI-powered tools, and data-driven development initiatives.
