Job Description
- Performs skilled welding tasks using established techniques and procedures.
- Prepares, welds, and finishes fabrications, ensuring product quality.
- Sets up and calibrates welding equipment according to technical drawings and standards.
- Performs maintenance of tools and equipment and escalates larger issues as needed.
- Checks parts for presence, dimensions, and quality.
- Operates industrial equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Participates in team activities and supports best practices.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Resolves routine issues independently and supports process improvements.
- Follows all safety guidelines and uses required personal protective equipment.
- Has skills developed through formal training or work experience.
- Works within established procedures and guidelines, with limited ability to modify methods or approach.
- Completes assigned tasks with moderate supervision.
- Performs the full range of established procedures and is typically considered skilled through work experience.
- Resolves routine issues independently, without supervisory approval.
