Job Description
- Extract, purify, and ship pro-insulin based products from E. Coli and external sources
- Execute automated purifications using chromatographic techniques including but not limited to HPLC and UPLC
- Prepare buffers and solutions; maintain inventories and lab equipment
- Document assay data and contribute to study reports
- Ability to operate, program and perform high throughout testing using laboratory automation and liquid handling
- Perform experiment documentation/notebook
- Assist in any troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various aspects of laboratory operations
- Interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
