Job Description

製造チームに於けるTeam Managerの募集となります。

本ポジションは工場長の指揮下に於いて、自チームの日々のオペレーションを監督し、生産プロセスを最適化、

高品質な基準を維持しながら生産目標を達成するためにチームをリードする責任を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務内容は下記の通りです。

  • 全社および本部方針に基づいたチーム戦略の立案と実行
  • 製造プロセスの監督と管理
  • 製造スケジュールの進捗管理と調整
  • チームメンバーの指導と育成、評価
  • チームメンバーの労務管理
  • 品質管理基準の遵守
  • 生産効率の向上とコスト削減のための改善策の提案と実行
  • 安全衛生基準の遵守とリスク管理
  • 他部門との連携と円滑なコミュニケーション
