The Role
Join Veeva as we implement the agentic CRM for Life Sciences. Vault CRM is bringing next-generation technology that provides customers with a fast path to AI. Our CRM product leverages AI to work smarter and faster, increase productivity, streamline processes, and facilitate critical HCP relationships.
Veeva Systems drives innovation for our customers. In this role, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success from implementation and beyond. As a practice manager, you lead a team that excels in software implementation delivery.
Managing with a focus on operational excellence includes:
