Provide Level 2 support for MES-related incidents and service requests.
Support end-users working in manufacturing and laboratory environments.
Execute MES configuration changes following approved procedures.
Troubleshoot application issues impacting production activities.
Support batch execution, electronic records, and manufacturing workflows.
Participate in testing activities for system updates and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and Data Integrity requirements.
Follow change management, incident management, and deviation processes.
Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams to ensure system reliability.
