Executive Director, HCP Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Director, HCP Marketing based in the United States.

The Executive Director, HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of healthcare professional marketing initiatives in preparation for a significant pharmaceutical product launch.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Communications, you will translate brand strategy, market insights, and commercial objectives into impactful, integrated HCP campaigns.
This hands-on leadership role offers significant ownership and visibility across omnichannel marketing, field sales enablement, professional education, and congress engagement.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and external agency partners to build effective marketing capabilities.
You will also oversee promotional content, agency relationships, campaign performance, and cross-functional review processes to ensure compliant and consistent brand execution.
