Evaluation Consultant

This opportunity offers experienced evaluation professionals the chance to contribute to international development and digital transformation initiatives through independent, evidence-based assessments. As an Evaluation Consultant, you will support a range of centralized and decentralized evaluations, research activities, and organizational learning initiatives. You will help assess the effectiveness of strategies, policies, programs, and projects while translating findings into practical recommendations.

Working remotely on assignments that may last from a few days to several months, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and contribute to strengthening evaluation practices. The role also involves developing practical tools, guidance, and capacity-building resources to promote a stronger evaluation culture. Consultants with expertise in telecommunications, digital development, inclusion, and institutional effectiveness are particularly encouraged to apply.
