Director, Product Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Marketing based in the United States.

The Director, Product Marketing will lead go-to-market strategy and product positioning across a diverse portfolio of digital tools and services designed to improve access to essential public services. This senior leadership role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, helping products progress from early validation to broader adoption and growth. You will build and evolve product marketing capabilities, establishing the messaging, processes, and resources needed to maximize impact.

Working closely with Product, Outreach, Program, Marketing & Communications, and other teams, you will translate complex offerings into clear, accessible communications for government partners and the people they serve. You will also use experimentation and performance data to refine strategies, improve adoption, and demonstrate results.
