Compliance Program Manager, Senior

The Senior Compliance Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide compliance initiatives within a leading healthcare and biomedical research environment. This role focuses on international compliance, export controls, research security, foreign influence, research misconduct, and conflicts of interest. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help ensure organizational activities align with applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, conducting risk assessments, and strengthening compliance frameworks across research and clinical operations. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise risk management and support responsible scientific innovation. The role can be performed fully remotely within the United States.
