Senior Manager, Corporate Development

As a Senior Manager in Corporate Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Klaviyo's inorganic growth strategy, driving complex initiatives from initial thesis development through execution and integration. You will work closely with senior leadership, influence high-stakes decisions, and have the opportunity to shape the future of the company.

• Independently lead acquisitions, strategic investments, and other inorganic initiatives from opportunity identification and initial evaluation through valuation, diligence, negotiation, internal approvals, closing, and integration planning.
• Partner with the Head of Corporate Development and executive leadership to identify strategic priorities, assess build/partner/buy opportunities, and develop investment theses aligned with Klaviyo's long-term product and business objectives.
• Build and evaluate complex financial models, transaction structures, valuations, business cases, and synergy analyses to inform investment decisions and capital allocation.
