Job Description

As an Project Executive at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead project planning sessions, develop project timelines, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Budget Oversight

Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures are tracked accurately.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions.

Process Improvement

Continuously assess project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in [related field, e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering].
• 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
