• 品質マネジメントシステムの構築・改善

• QMS活動のリードとサポート

• 品質に関する監査活動（外部・内部）のリードとサポート

• QMS関連の電子システムの導入および導入後のサポート

• Quality Metrics管理

• Commercial Quality QRC、及び製造販売業者との連携

• 上記活動の戦略立案

• 担当チームのパフォーマンスマネジメント、及びメンバー育成計画の立案・実行
