1. 擔任廚房食材之搬送、清洗、處理、烹飪、和調理等作業及菜餚之配送與搬運、剩餘菜餚與餿水之處理。
2. 廚房內外環境整理與設備清潔。
3. 其他由學校臨時指派之工作。
