The Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities : Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in alignment with growth objectives. Identify priority markets, customer segments and development opportunities.

Identify and win new key accounts across target markets. Personally lead negotiations and strategic customer engagements. Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.

Support the team through field coaching, customer visits and business development activities. Act as a change leader and help elevate commercial capabilities across the organisation. Ensure effective reporting and performance monitoring.

Proven experience in a similar position. Demonstrated success in transforming or turning around an underperforming sales organisation. Strong track record in B2B business development and customer acquisition.

Experience building commercial structures, processes and go-to-market strategies. Strong coaching and people management capabilities. Fluent in French with a good professional level of Dutch.
