As an Account Manager - Real Estate in Brussels, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients active in the commercial real estate market. You will advise companies, investors, and property owners while building long-term business partnerships and driving new business opportunities. Description As an Account Manager - Real Estate, your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients within the real estate sector.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market engagement. Advising clients on tailored real estate solutions aligned with their business and investment objectives. Leading commercial discussions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. The successful Account Manager - Real Estate should have: 2 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.

A proactive commercial mindset with a passion for developing business opportunities. Fluency in French and Dutch; English is considered a strong asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
