Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Writer

with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry. Working in a team environment, this person will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts, primarily consisting of project pursuit efforts, including proposal management and production, as well as business development support.

Duties generally include proposal strategy and production, providing graphic/multimedia support for proposals and pursuit efforts, developing and maintaining marketing data and materials, facilitating business development efforts (including industry conference support), and client interview preparation. This position requires a significant amount of independent research, collaboration, organization, technical writing, and creative thinking.
