Job Description

Voor onze klant in de regio Antwerpen zoeken we momenteel een Salesforce Solution Expert binnen de financiële sector. De consultant versterkt tijdelijk het CRM-team voor de realisatie van strategische initiatieven rond klantbeheer, case management en onboarding. De opdracht loopt initieel voor 3 tot 6 maanden op fulltime basis, waarbij hybride werken met twee kantoordagen mogelijk is.

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Salesforce • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Aantoonbare ervaring met Financial Services Cloud • Ervaring met Omnistudio, Omniscript en Flow Builder • Kennis van Security & Sharing model en Data Modelling • Ervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening of banksector
