Head of Finance

Join our team as the Head of Finance, where you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles. You will develop and maintain financial models, analyze revenue streams, and support scenario planning. As a trusted advisor to commercial, product, and operations teams, you will provide financial insights to support go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives. You will also monitor key performance indicators, establish dashboards and reporting frameworks, and drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Additionally, you will strengthen financial processes, support audit processes, and ensure alignment with financial healthcare regulations.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles, and develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost structure, and cash flow.
• Act as a trusted advisor to commercial, product, and operations teams, providing financial insights to support go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs including ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin, and burn rate, and drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

• You combine strong financial expertise with analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, AI, or other regulated industries preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Understanding of Dutch language and system is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Strategic Finance
• Experience working closely with founders and senior leadership
• Strong background in financial modelling and analysis
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
• Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. Exact Online) and financial reporting tools
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker)
