Associate Member and Provider Programs

Join Oscar Health as an Associate in Member and Provider Programs. In this role, you will manage cross-functional implementations/projects, assess the impact of new programs, identify risks, and improve member experience. You will report to the Senior Manager, MPSO Initiatives, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. A master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects for member experience and member & provider contact centers, including project plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, developing needed frontline training, workflows, knowledge base, and other artifacts to ensure successful launch of new initiatives.
• Identify and action on opportunities to improve member experience and member & provider services operations, applying technology to transform how work is done.

• 2+ years of experience delivering projects or programs independently and within a team environment
• Master’s degree
• Experience successfully executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes for program rollout and ongoing support
• Experience implementing complex projects spanning tech innovation and operational impacts
• Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting
• PMP certification or program management certification
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
• Contact center experience
• 3+ years of experience in program management
• Experience or background in a fast-paced operations environment
