Senior Director of Corporate Marketing

Join Rad AI, a company transforming healthcare through AI technology. As the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, drive public relations efforts, create compelling content, enhance social media engagement, and lead internal communications. You will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and cross-functional leaders to elevate Rad AI's brand and influence in the market.

• Analytical thinker with data-driven judgment, and the ability to measure, report, and adjust campaigns based on data. Experience setting marketing KPIs, managing budgets, and communicating performance to executive stakeholders is strongly preferred
• PR and Communications Expert: You own corporate PR and know how to craft messaging that resonates across media, investors, and key stakeholders while understanding how communications fits within a broader, revenue-oriented marketing strategy
• Customer-Obsessed: You know that our best stories come from our customers, have a passion for healthcare, physicians and patients, and you’re relentless about amplifying their successes and translating customer needs into compelling market messages and growth opportunities
• Crisis-Ready: You’re composed, strategic, and ready to navigate complex communication challenges
• 8+ years of progressive marketing and corporate communications experience in B2B enterprise software, technology, or healthcare, including at least 3 years managing a team or leading a marketing function
• Experience managing complex communications in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment is preferred
• Proactive & Strategic: You anticipate opportunities, prepare executives for high-stakes engagements, and react swiftly in moments that matter
• Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills
• Proven track record of leading high-impact PR campaigns and executive communications
• Experience building a high-performance marketing function that excels in ownership and cross-functional partnership, especially with Sales and other commercial teams
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable, but not required. Radiology experience is also a plus, but not required
• Commercially minded, with a demonstrated track record of partnering with commercial leaders and contributing to revenue growth, pipeline generation, or market adoption
