Director of Cloud Marketing

As the Director of Cloud Marketing, you will lead the global cloud marketing strategy, drive awareness and adoption, and establish VAST as a key player in the cloud ecosystem. You will oversee product marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing, and work closely with major hyperscalers and emerging cloud providers. • Develop and execute VAST's worldwide marketing strategy across various cloud providers, driving awareness, market positioning, partner engagement, and adoption.
• Lead the marketing strategy and execution of a major neocloud initiative, including partner acquisition campaigns, promotional programs, market development funds, and scalable go-to-market motions.
• Build strategic marketing programs with major hyperscalers, aligning messaging, co-marketing initiatives, partner campaigns, and field execution to accelerate pipeline and strengthen VAST's cloud market presence.

• Executive presence and evangelism capabilities, including experience influencing senior technology leaders, representing a company externally, and shaping market perception through thought leadership and strategic communications
• Entrepreneurial, builder mentality, with the ability to launch new programs, establish operating models, navigate ambiguity, and execute effectively in a fast-growing organization
• 10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in cloud, enterprise infrastructure, AI platforms, or data technologies
• Strong product marketing and technical credibility, with the ability to translate complex cloud architectures, AI infrastructure capabilities, and platform technologies into compelling market narratives and business value
• Demonstrated success building global partner marketing and GTM programs, including joint campaigns, partner activation, co-marketing, and market development initiatives
• Proven cloud ecosystem expertise, with a strong understanding of hyperscaler partnerships, neoclouds, cloud service providers, and the evolving AI infrastructure landscape
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams, including direct reports and matrixed organizations spanning product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and alliances
• Strong commercial orientation, with a track record of connecting marketing strategy and investment to partner adoption, pipeline creation, and revenue growth
