Manage import and customs clearance processes from A to Z Prepare, review and process customs documentation in compliance with local and international regulations Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs declarations, and duty calculations Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders Monitor shipments and proactively resolve customs or transportation issues Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade compliance requirements, and company policies Maintain accurate records and customs documentation Support customs audits and provide required reports and documentation Identify opportunities to improve customs and import processes Keep up to date with changes in customs legislation and international trade regulations 2 years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, or international logistics Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities Familiar with customs systems, ERP platforms (SAP is a plus), and Excel Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy Able to prioritize, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
