Product Owner – Identity & Access Management

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product backlog while prioritizing features and technical synergies for upcoming sprints.
• Translate complex end-user needs into clear technical requirements for the delivery team to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and execute a strategic delivery roadmap while managing associated risks, issues, and budgets.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery by overseeing functional testing and alignment with customer design requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage technical or organizational conflicts to ensure operational functionality.
• Coach and motivate delivery squads to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within an Agile environment using Scrum , Kanban , or SAFe .
• 5+ years expertise in Systems Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns .
• 5+ years of experience with development support tools such as JIRA .
• 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , specifically with Authentication , SSO , PKI , or PAM .
• 3+ years working with REST APIs .
• 3+ years knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO 2700x) and IT Security Risk Analysis .
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• You're structured, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English with very strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch .
• Nice to Haves Strong coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security principles including ciphers and cryptography.
