HVAC Mechanical Foreman (union)

What you will do 
 
Must be skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of ten (10) years actual, five (5) of those years must be chiller related, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 10-15 field technicians. Interaction with both internal and external customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

What we look for 

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License 
• 12+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. Of those 10+ years, 5 years must be chiller experience. 
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
  
  

Pay Range: $69.61 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
