IT Service Engineer, NWEU

INTERNAL Internal selection; what are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems that sit between medical technology and IT . You are comfortable discussing a network problem with a hospital IT department in the morning and supporting a service engineer with a medical-device connectivity issue later that day.

You do not need to know every Mindray system from day one. What matters is that you understand IT fundamentals, can analyse complex technical situations and are motivated to develop into a specialist within medical IT. You communicate clearly, take ownership of problems and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.

By adding dedicated medical IT expertise to the NWEU Service Team, we can: solve connectivity problems faster; reduce dependency on individual specialists; better support hospital IT departments; strengthen knowledge within the wider service team; support increasingly complex system installations; and prepare the NWEU service organization for future connected medical solutions.
