Where is the work

On-Site (5 days) Vanwege een sterk toegenomen orderportefeuille is Trane Netherlands op zoek naar een: Service Coordinator / Planner Functieoverzicht: Als Service Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct plannen van werkzaamheden van de Service Technicians.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Je zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering van service- en contractwerkzaamheden Je plant efficiënt en let op kosten, uren en klantwensen Je informeert en instrueert de Service Technicians Je communiceert de planning richting de klant Je behandelt storingen (call-outs) en indien nodig maak je prijsafspraken hiervoor Je verifieert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden Kwalificaties:

Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht, in staat om goede relaties op te bouwen met klanten en Service Technicians Je hebt commercieel inzicht, bent kostenbewust en werkt accuraat en punctueel Je hebt ervaring met het werken in computersystemen en met MS Office Je bent leergierig, kan prioriteiten stellen en goed samenwerken in teamverband Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar ervaring in de HVAC- of klimaatbeheersing Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal is vereist in deze functie Je wilt je aansluiten bij een marktleider bekend om duurzaamheid, innovatie en kwaliteit, en deel uitmaken van een energiek team We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
