JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Count Room Team Member to support the secure collection, counting, and verification of all slot and table game drops. This behind‑the‑scenes role is essential to casino operations and requires accuracy, integrity, and adherence to gaming regulations. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll uphold our Family‑Style Service standards while ensuring compliance and accountability.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Ensure compliance with company standards, internal controls, and gaming regulations Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace them with empty boxes Load dropped bill validator boxes onto carts and transport them to the count room Verify cash revenue bags from non‑gaming outlets and document any discrepancies Trace and match fills/credit slips from table game drop boxes to the Master Game Summary Report Operate a G&D machine for currency processing Empty table game drop boxes individually and in numerical order Remove and fill cassettes from NRT (kiosk) machines Maintain availability for scheduled shifts Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times

WHAT YOU WILL NEED Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence Ability to work in a secure, fast paced, and structured environment Must be familiar with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent One year or more of casino‑related experience or equivalent training preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if applicable.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). COMPUTER SKILLS None.
