Head of Technical Product Management

Join our team as the Head of Technical Product Management, where you will be responsible for the technical product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Data Cloud and AI platform. You will work closely with our engineering teams and sit at the intersection of product strategy, cloud architecture, data engineering, and applied AI. This role reports to the CTO and leads the technical product management function for the platform. You will build, lead, and scale a mature technical product management organization within Engineering, and partner with executive peers across various departments to shape technical direction and investment priorities.

• Demonstrated executive presence, with a track record of influencing senior and executive leaders and owning a technical product portfolio's strategy and outcomes
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and taxonomies (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, claims data) and regulatory environments (HIPAA, HITRUST)
• Experience delivering ML and/or Generative AI solutions, with familiarity with Agentic Driven Development practices and AI evaluation and governance frameworks
• 15+ years of technical product management experience, including 6+ years leading platform, cloud, SaaS, or Data/AI infrastructure products at scale
• Strong working knowledge of modern cloud data stacks (Databricks, Snowflake) and data engineering best practices
• Experience building or scaling a technical product management (TPM) function inside an Engineering organization, including hiring, leveling, operating model, and career framework, with familiarity with mature TPM practices at leading cloud and data companies
• Experience working hand in hand with product engineering teams that ship platform software, with a focus on delivery quality and velocity (for example, DORA metrics)
• Proven ability to make sound architectural and investment trade-offs and to articulate them to both engineers and executives
• 8+ years of people leadership, including experience leading managers and building high-performing technical product management organizations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared strategy
• Hands-on coding proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Direct experience commercializing enterprise software within major health insurance payers or providers
• Experience with strategic partnerships, M&A diligence, or platform ecosystem development
