Job Description

Join Box, the market leader in Cloud Content Management and Intelligent Content Management. As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of intelligent content management for the modern enterprise. You will be responsible for technical research and accounting policy, external reporting and SEC filings, contract and commercial reviews, audit management and coordination, month-end and financial operations, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement and AI automation, and SOX compliance and internal controls.

  • Evaluar el tratamiento contable de transacciones complejas y no rutinarias, investigar las regulaciones de US GAAP y SEC, y redactar memorandos técnicos de contabilidad.
  • Preparar, revisar y coordinar los estados financieros y las notas a pie de página para las presentaciones externas ante la SEC, incluyendo el Formulario 10-K, el Formulario 10-Q, el Formulario 8-K.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Legal, Ventas y Operaciones para revisar contratos no estándar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas.
