Job Description
Join Imprint as the Manager of Corporate Finance, where you will lead the financial planning and analysis function. You will work closely with the Deputy CFO and collaborate with various teams to enhance financial decision-making. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining the corporate financial model, automating financial reporting, and building forward-looking forecasts. This role requires strong technical skills, experience in finance or analytics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ownership of Imprint's financial planning and analysis function, including building systems, models, and processes for financial decision-making.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting, planning, and financial operations, including the design and maintenance of the corporate financial model.
- Automation of financial reporting and commentary workflows, and the establishment of a foundation for forward-looking forecasting.
- This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who builds with code as naturally as they build with spreadsheets — and who is energized by replacing manual workflows with automated, scalable infrastructure
- This role is right for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and has strong opinions about how modern finance teams should operate
- Ability to operate with minimal direction and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Background in financial planning, corporate finance, or an adjacent analytical domain
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, and People teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and a startup mindset — willing to fail fast, course correct, and move forward
- Demonstrated experience building with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) — this is a non-negotiable
- Hands-on, working knowledge of Python — must have built models, scripts, or automated tools, not just theoretical familiarity
- 5–10 years of experience in a finance, data, or analytically intensive role
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or a product-led company
- Familiarity with building web-based applications or data pipelines
- Experience in a high-growth or early-stage company environment
- Prior exposure to corporate modeling, forecasting, or FP&A processes
