Contract Specialist

Join our team as a Contract Specialist for a 4-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. In this role, you will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring. You will work closely with various departments, maintain an organized contract management database, and track contract performance metrics. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and applicable laws, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance, providing expert guidance on contract-related inquiries.

• They are detail-oriented with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of collaborating with various departments to ensure contracts meet both legal standards and organizational objectives.t
• Have a law degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent
• Possess a strong understanding of software and technology contracting and negotiating customer contracts
• Proficient in contract management software (e.g., IronClad, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess in-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With 3-5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar role
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• 3+ years of commercial and privacy contracting experience under United Kingdom, European, United States, and APAC laws at a recognized law firm or technology company
