Product Operations Manager

Join our team as a Product Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation, quality, and success of our products. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain a strong focus on customer-centric solutions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and prioritizing product issues, managing post-launch processes, and implementing strategic policy and compliance initiatives. This role requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

• Lead efforts to identify and resolve product issues, manage post-launch processes, and implement strategic policy and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with PMs and internal stakeholders to ensure products have the needed operational support from inception to long-term product maintenance.
• Drive policy changes related to compliance, delinquency, and charge-off reporting; maintain detailed documentation and product changelogs for transparency and operational efficiency.

• 1+ years of experience as a people manager
• Strong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively
• 5+ years of experience in B2C Tech, Product, Operations, Consulting, or a fast paced start-up environment
• A track record of running launches and and driving process improvements for long-term operational success
• Analytical experience, and ability to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking, and demonstrates ability to communicate long-term product strategy
• Experience managing vendors against SLAs
