Senior Product Designer

Join Rula's Provider Team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll design tools that streamline administrative work for therapists and enhance patient care. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in product design, mastery of Figma, and a strong portfolio of shipped products.

• Design and develop tools for therapists to streamline administrative work and enhance clinical decision-making.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in care delivery, leveraging AI strategically.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and compliance partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.

• Strong communication skills; able to articulate tradeoffs clearly and document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment
• Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and (ideally) compliance or policy partners
• Ownership orientation with extensive experience owning product design from problem space to feature delivery and evolution
• Demonstrated success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software, with a clear track record of reducing task friction and driving measurable gains in workflow efficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products
• Comfort translating ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences
• Experience working in high-trust, platform domains including healthcare, fintech, and enterprise systems
