Senior Corporate Strategy Associate

As a Senior Corporate Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic decisions and long-term direction. You will work across various functions, conduct rigorous analysis, build financial models, and develop clear recommendations for leadership. • Support high priority strategic initiatives across growth, product, healthcare, business model, geographic expansion, partnerships, and other areas critical to WHOOP’s long term strategy.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities, quantify potential impact, assess tradeoffs, and inform investment decisions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and company analysis to develop fact based perspectives on where WHOOP should compete and how we can win.

• This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation in investment banking, investing, consulting, or a similar environment who is looking to transition into a high growth technology company
• Experience in health technology, digital health, wearables, healthcare, or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Excellent problem solving skills and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous, open ended questions
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into concise, persuasive materials for senior leaders
• Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity, with an ability to move between detailed analysis and broader strategic thinking
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, build relationships, incorporate different perspectives, and influence without formal authority
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clear, flexible models from the ground up and translate analysis into business implications
• We are looking for a business athlete - someone who is intellectually curious, thrives on solving complex problems, can operate across a wide variety of situations, and approaches their work with humility and honesty
• Team first mindset with low ego, strong ownership, and willingness to contribute wherever needed
• 2-3+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity or growth investing, management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or a similarly analytical environment
• Experience with or strong interest in technology and consumer businesses
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high quality work in a fast paced, evolving environment
