Product Designer (Design Systems)

• A portfolio demonstrating meaningful contributions to design systems, including examples of component design, system architecture, or improvements to designer, developer, or end-user workflows
• Ability to independently drive design projects from problem definition through execution, navigating ambiguity, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and balancing competing technical and product requirements
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to create polished, accessible, and scalable UI solutions
• Understanding of design system architecture and front-end development concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering partners across platforms
• 3+ years of experience in product design, including hands-on experience contributing to, maintaining, or evolving a design system
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience working with component libraries, variables, styles, and design system documentation
