Responsibilities include

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Supporting mobility and activities of daily living Providing medication reminders Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed Performing light housekeeping Providing companionship and emotional support Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Valid New York State HHA Certificate — Required Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience Authorization to work in the United States Physical examination completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years Valid driver's license strongly preferred Reliable transportation strongly preferred Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to caregiving REFER A FRIEND!
