Administrative Paralegal Officer

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment? We are looking for a Contract & Order Management Officer to support the commercial operations and ensure the seamless handling of contracts, quotations, and purchase orders. As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end contract and order management process by:

Managing business contracts, including approval workflows and electronic signatures. Preparing and processing quotations while helping to standardize and optimize existing processes. Reviewing purchase orders for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, and ensuring timely processing and communication.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication on contract and order status. Developing expertise in the business you support, including customer requirements, contractual frameworks, and quotation processes. 3 to 5 years of experience in a medium-sized to large organization or a complex business environment.

Initial experience in contract management, sales administration/support, or a paralegal role. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Tech-savvy, with experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics CRM, and OneDrive. Fluent in English
