The role

Process Excellence Lead – Plan & Deliver Drive end-to-end excellence in Plan & Deliver We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead (PEL) for our global Plan & Deliver domain. In this role, you ensure that process, data, systems and organizational capabilities work together as one integrated, scalable operating model. You act as integrator across business, process, data and IT.

While Group Plan & Deliver owns the functional direction, process standards, priorities and business outcomes, you ensure the enabling capabilities are designed, aligned and continuously improved to deliver value. Together with Group Plan & Deliver, you shape an integrated process, data and technology roadmap that connects functional priorities with coherent global and regional improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Your impact Jointly shape the Plan & Deliver transformation and improvement roadmap with Group Plan & Deliver, while Group P&D owns functional priorities, direction and business outcomes.
• Safeguard the integrity, consistency and evolution of the global P&D process, data and technology template in partnership with Group Plan & Deliver.
• Translate business priorities into aligned process, data and technology improvements.
• Lead functional governance across process, data, IT and analytics.
• Align global standards with regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and support benefit realization, in alignment with Group Plan & Deliver.
• Build and lead the Process Excellence community across global and regional teams.

What you will do

• Act as strategic Digital & Technology partner to Group Plan & Deliver and the functional leadership team.
• Lead the BPE Plan & Deliver pillar across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, customer service, transportation and logistics.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and regional deployment.
• Facilitate governance discussions on process, data and system changes.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives with Group Plan & Deliver based on functional priorities, process performance and business value.
• Oversee roll out and adoption of the global P&D process, data and technology template across S/4HANA, PP/DS, Arkieva, o9, OTM and connected solutions.
• Enable End to End collaboration across Digital & Technology and global & regional teams.
• Strengthen capability and ownership across the P&D Process Excellence Network by leading and coaching GPOs and the extended BPE network.
• OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Your profile Experience 10+ years in process improvement, supply-chain transformation or operational excellence in a global environment.
• Experience across Plan & Deliver domains, including planning, inventory management, customer service, transportation and logistics.
• Proven experience in leading teams or large cross-functional networks.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders up to executive level.
• Practical experience in global process strategy and continuous improvement techniques and methodologies Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, digital transformation, S/4HANA, planning platforms and supply-chain systems.
• Ability to structure complexity into clear direction.
• Strong influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change globally.
