🤖 About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Communications & Social Media Intern (student or 0–2 years of experience) to help us bring Sailpeak’s voice to life both online and inside the office.

If you enjoy creating social media content, turning everyday consulting projects into engaging stories, and organizing team events, this role is for you. You will work closely with our leadership team, having the freedom to pitch ideas and the support needed to turn them into polished posts, newsletters, and team moments.

You will work part-time (2.5 days/week) in a dynamic, supportive Brussels team where your ideas actually get published and your events bring people together.

📊 You will:

Content Creation & Communication

• Create and publish engaging content on social media to increase Sailpeak’s visibility and showcase our expertise.
• Write articles, company updates, and stories highlighting our projects, people, and insights.
• Share fresh ideas for our communications and help us refresh and elevate our brand.
• Help develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across our communications.

Employer Branding

• Give future colleagues a real look inside Sailpeak by spotlighting our team, our culture, and the work we do every day.
• Support recruitment-related communication initiatives and help strengthen our employer brand.
• Organize collaboration with Schools and Alumni networks.

Events & Office Culture

• Help plan and coordinate internal events, team moments, and other activities that bring people together.
• Follow and support partners at events, helping us build relationships and capture relevant insights or content.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-organized office environment.

🫵 You bring to the table:

• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s student (ongoing or recently completed) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience or internships (student association leadership, personal brand projects, or prior internships welcome).
• Social Media Native: You spend time on LinkedIn and other platforms, understand what formats perform well, and know how to build engagement.
• Creative yet Structured: You bring fresh ideas and high initiative, while respecting brand governance, stakeholder expectations, and deadlines.
• Curiosity for Tech & AI: You don't need to be an engineer, but you're genuinely curious about AI and how modern tech works.

🗣️ Language Skills

• Fluency in English.
• French is a plus.
