Site Engineer Marine & Environmental Department

For this position, fluent Dutch is a prerequisite. Jan De Nul Group is aware that its activities, dredging and offshore, often take place in environments that are very sensitive ecologically. The in-house marine environmental department (Marine Environmental Department or MARED) therefore monitors projects during each project phase, anywhere in the world.

This specifically for environmental impacts related to dredging processes and offshore construction works. High-tech equipment provides high end measurements. In addition to monitoring biodiversity, new methods are preventively sought to minimize negative impacts and make positive contributions to ecosystems.
