Responsibilities - Operates passenger elevator for daily bell groups, client meetings, VIP guest visits, executive officers - Must be able to interact on a professional level with clients, executives, VIP’s, etc. - Must be able to understand and interpret elevator schedules and room reservation schedules in order to supply information and direct guests to proper location throughout building. - Sets up and arranges chairs, other pieces of furniture and special equipment required for all conference rooms and events rooms on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 17th floors. - Performs daily cleaning at assigned work areas at 11 Wall and 18 Broad Street. - Responds to special service calls or...
