Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Branch Management Team with overseeing all aspects and functions of the teller line, to include training associates in customer service, banking procedures and provides direction and guidance to the Teller Staff. The Operations Supervisor will assist in completing reports, certifications and audits and is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and recording routine and complex transactions for Bank customers.
