TLC Construction is looking for a General Construction Team Member! A 4-Day Work Week & Travel Expenses Paid (when out of town travel is necessary) $18.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Looking for a hands-on construction role where your work actually matters and you still get long weekends? We are a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana, and we’re expanding our construction team. Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Assiting with new contruction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property.
• Working with a tight-knit crew that values safety, quality, and accountability.
• Ensuring all work meets Life Safety and Fire Code requirements.
• Helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites.
