Senior Budget Analyst - Fort Belvoir

OBXtek is currently staffing for aSenior Budget Analyst supporting the Army’s Product Manager, Unified Network Modernization.- The Budget Analyst Senior shall assist perform the following tasks: - Provide daily support working in the Comprehensive Cost & Requirements System (CCaR)- Manage Spend Plan forecasting in CCaR- Pull Obligations in GFEBS and update in CCaR- Track and report annual billing status- Provide DTS/LOA support- Review and research financial systems, contracts and other documents for unliquidated obligation balances.
